Topguard Matting - 18mm Open Construction - Double Wiper

Topguard 18mm primary entrance barrier mat is contructed from rubber wipers (interwoven with nylon fibres) and scraper linking strips (in aluminium or brass) which are held together with galvanised steel wires.
This option of 18mm Topguard features double wipers interwoven with nylon fibres in an open construction.
The double wiper option offers high moisture and dirt removal whilst the open construction incorporates spaces which allow dirt to fall through the mat into the matwell below. The mat can be lifted intermittently to remove the dirt and debris as well as for deep cleaning the mat itself.
When installed as a true rectangle or square Topguard can be reversed to extend the product life.
Topguard is ideal for use in interior locations subject to heavy foot and wheeled traffic such as airports, railway stations, supermarkets and sports stadiums.
It has been tested to withstand a weight of 150kg per wheel (600kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).
Topguard has a 10 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template.
For a complete barrier matting system Topguard can be used in conjunction with Boulevard secondary barrier matting.
