Topguard Matting - 18mm Closed Construction - Single Wiper

Gradus Topguard 18mm primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from rubber wipers (interwoven with nylon fibres) and scraper linking strips (in aluminium or brass) which are held together with galvanised steel wires.

This option of 18mm Topguard features single rubber wipers interwoven with nylon fibres in a closed construction.  The wipers are available in a choice of Grey or Black.

The single wiper option offers medium dirt and moisture removal whilst the closed construction allows dirt and moisture to be trapped on the surface of the mat within the wiper elements. Dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning.

When installed as a true rectangle or square Topguard can be reversed to extend the product life.

Topguard is ideal for use in interior locations subject to heavy foot and wheeled straffic such as airports, railway stations, supermarkets and sports stadiums.

It has been tested to withstand a weight of 150kg per wheel (600kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

Topguard has a 10 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template.

For a complete barrier matting system Topguard can be used in conjunction with Boulevard secondary barrier matting.
