G54 stair edging (nosing) comprises an aluminium channel with a choice of insert material. It can be used in conjunction with floorcoverings from all major manufacturers and is suitable for all commercial and most industrial applications.
This rake back, multiple channel profile features a 92mm tread and 32mm riser, with a 5mm gauge ideal for use with carpet, LVT or resilient flooring with bevelled underlay in heavy used areas. When specifying multiple channel stair edgings, the front insert should always be in a contrasting colour to the remaining inserts to ensure the definition of the step edge. The remaining inserts must always be of the same colour and ideally match the surrounding floor finish. Supplied in mill finish aluminium as standard. Anodised, polished or chromed options also available upon request.
