G12 stair edging (nosing) comprises an aluminium channel with a choice of insert material. It can be used in conjunction with floorcoverings from all major manufacturers and is suitable for all commercial and most industrial applications.

This square, double channel profile features a 90mm tread and 32mm riser, with a 5mm gauge ideal for use with carpet, LVT or resilient flooring with bevelled underlay in heavy used areas. When specifying double channel stair edgings, both inserts should be of the same colour and should be of contrasting colour to the surrounding floor finish. Supplied in mill finish aluminium as standard. Anodised, polished or chromed options also available upon request.

G12 is also available in XT design, featuring an insert that extends around the entire leading edge of the profile to ensure that contact is always made with the slip-resistant element of the stair edging - click here for details
