Two-piece PVC-u Profiles

Gradus two-piece PVC-u Aisle & Floor trims are designed for use as cable management systems alongside our LED Step Lighting range, or to illuminate floors, walkways, aisles, entrance and exit routes when combined with selected Gradus Lighting Systems.

The two-piece profiles are supplied with a black PVC-u base and co-extruded PVC-u tops available with smoked or clear window(s) that allows the light to be projected through, whilst also providing additional slip-resistance.

Profile configurations are available to suit three types of applications:

• Carpet to Carpet – provide a safe and neat transition between carpets of same height
• Carpet to Wall – helps to prevent dirt and debris collecting around the edges of the auditoria
• Carpet to Vinyl – provide a safe and neat transition between floorcoverings of different heights.

Note When fitted, the compressed thickness of the carpet should always be a tight fit to the internal gauge of the profile.

Profiles can be combined with Gradus Interlok Advance or Loom LED lighting systems, and in some cases Gradus Continuity LED lighting system too (see individual profile pages for availability), all of which are available with the following LED colours: Warm White, White, Red, Blue, Green or Amber.

• Gradus Interlok Advance – offers a pin point lighting effect at either 50mm or 100mm spacing
• Gradus Loom – features pin point lighting effect with LEDs spaced at 300mm.
• Gradus Continuity – creates a continuous linear lighting effect.
