Esplanade 9000 Matting - 18mm Closed Construction - Double Wiper

Gradus Esplanade 9000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from rubber wipers and aluminium scraper linking strips which are held together with galvanised steel wires.

This option of Esplanade 9000 is 18mm thick and features a closed construction with double rubber wipers which are available either plain or interwoven with grey polyester fibres. The grey wipers are for interior use only whilst the plain wipers are for use in exterior applications (scraper action only).

The double wiper configuration offers high moisture and dirt removal whilst the closed construction allows dirt and moisture to remain on the surface of the mat. This can be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning of the mat itself.

Esplanade 9000 is ideal for use in applications subject to heavy foot and severe wheeled traffic such as airports, railway stations and supermarkets. It has been independently tested to withstand a weight of 250kg per wheel (1000kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s2) and slip resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

When installed as a true rectangle or square, Esplanade 9000 can be reversed to extend the lif of the product. It can also be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
