Esplanade 9000 Matting - 12mm Closed Construction - Double Wiper

Gradus Esplanade 9000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from rubber wipers and aluminium scraper linking strips which are held together with galvanised steel wires.

This option of Esplanade 9000 is 12mm thick and features a closed construction with double wipers which are available either plain or interwoven with grey polyester fibres. The grey wipers are suitable for interior use only whilst the plain wipers are for use in exterior applications (scraper action only).

The double wiper configuration offers high dirt and moisture removal whilst the closed construction allows dirt and moisture to remain on the surface of the mat. This can be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning of the mat itself.

Esplanade 9000 is ideal for use in applications such as airports, railway stations and supermarkets. It is suitable for heavy foot traffic and severe wheeled traffic and has been independently tested to withstand a weight of 250kg per wheel (1000kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It is also tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s2) and slip resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

When installed as a true rectangle or square, Esplanade 9000 can be reversed to extend the life of the product. It can also be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
