Access 6000 & 5000 12mm Matting - Closed Construction

Access 6000 & 5000 12mm hybrid barrier matting is constructed from a moulded rubber base incorporating ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers.

The rubber base is available in Black or Grey whilst the wipers, which offer excellent soil and moisture retention, are available in a wide choice of colours from the Boulevard 6000 and Boulevard 5000 secondary barrier matting ranges.

Access is an easy to install mat suitable for small mat areas subject to medium foot traffic and light wheeled traffic e.g. schools, offices and high street shops. Due to its non-metallic nature, Access 6000 & 5000 is ideal for use where electronic tagging systems operate.

The closed construction of the mat allows dirt and moisture to be trapped on the surface of the mat within the wiper and scraper elements. This dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning. The construction of the fibres within the wipers allows moisture to evaporate.

12mm Access mats can be recessed into a matwell or can be surface mounted when used with a suitable ramping strip (Gradus RAM012). Access mats are supplied in 0.5m x 2.0m modules and are supplied oversized for shaping and trimming on-site.

Access is tested for dimensional stability, flammability tested to BS4790 and slip-resistance using the HSL ramp test, achieving a low risk of slip.

Access 6000 & 5000 matting has a 7 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and is available on the Gradus 5 day manufacturing service.
