Esplanade 6000 Matting - 18mm Closed Construction with Boulevard 6000 Wipers

Esplanade 6000 is constructed from either ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers from the Boulevard 6000 range or black pvc scraper wipers. These are supported with an aluminium base with pvc bridging strips that provide additional strength and are combined with pvc linking strips (available in Black or Grey). The aluminium base is available in a choice of mill finish or a choice of three bronze anodised finishes. The ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers provide excellent soil and moisture retention and are available in a choice of eight colours.
This option of Esplanade 6000 primary barrier mat is 18mm thick and features a closed construction with Boulevard 6000 wipers for interior applications.
The closed construction allows dirt and moisture to remain on the surface of the mat. This can be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning of the mat itself.
Esplanade 6000 closed construction is ideal for use in large hospitals, offices, schools and department stores. The mill finish aluminium option is suitable for heavy foot and wheeled traffic applications and is tested to withstand a weight of 150kg per wheel (600kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes (Note - open construction is suitable for medium wheeled traffic areas only). The bronze anodised option is suitable for medium foot and wheeled traffic applications and is tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes.
Esplanade 6000 has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s1) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).
Esplanade 6000 can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template and has a 10 year warranty in mill finish and 7 years with bronze anodised finish (subject to terms and conditions).
It coordinates with Boulevard 6000 secondary barrier matting to provide a complete entrance matting solution.
