Esplanade 1500 Matting - 12mm Scraper Construction with pvc Scraper Wiper

Esplanade 1500 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers which are held in an aluminium base that is supported with pvc bridging strips for additional strnegth. The base sections are held together with pvc linking strips in either an open, closed or scraper construction.
This option of Gradus Esplanade 1500 features a closed construction incorporating a scraper linking strip and Black pvc scraper wipers for effective dirt removal in exterior applications.
The closed construction allows dirt to be trapped on the surface of the mat. Dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning.
Esplanade 1500 is suitable for use in locations subject to medium foot and wheeled traffic, for example, high street shops, schools and offices.
It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Efl) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).
Esplanade 1500 has a 10 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
