Esplanade 1000 - 18mm Open Construction - Carpet Wiper
Click on image to enlargeGradus Esplanade 1000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers supported in an aluminium base with PVC-u linking strips.
This option of Esplanade 1000 is 18mm thick and features an open construction with ECONYL® regenerated solution dyed nylon wipers.
The open construction incorporates spaces that allow dirt and moisture to fall through the mat into the matwell below. The mat can be lifted intermittently to remove the dirt and debris as well as for deep cleaning the mat itself.
The wipers provide an effective surface for the removal of dirt and moisture and are available in 4 colours.
Esplanade 1000 is ideal for use in interior locations subject to medium foot and wheeled traffic e.g. high street shops, schools and offices.
It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Efl) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).
Esplanade 1000 has a 5 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
