To do our part in reducing our carbon footprint and slowing down climate change, we partnered with Aquafil and use their product ECONYL®.
ECONYL® solution-dyed nylon is produced using a regeneration system that begins
by recycling waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpets and industrial
plastics from landfills and oceans. This waste is then cleaned and reused to
make carpet yarn, which we use to manufacture several of our barrier
matting ranges.
Boulevard 6000 for example is a tufted cut pile, high-performance barrier matting, made using ECONYL® reclaimed solution-dyed nylon. It features a patterned design to hide the effects of soiling and has a strong heavy scraper for optimal dirt removal and moisture retention. It is easy to clean and maintain throughout its lifetime.
