BGXT51 stair edging (nosing) comprises a bronze channel with a choice of insert material that extends around the leading edge of the profile to ensure that foot contact is always made with the slip-resistant element of the stair edging.

Available in a choice of Polished Bronze or Satin Bronze it is ideal for applications such as theatres, museums, hotels where a more traditional and elegant look is required.

XT features a unique insert locking mechanism to secure the insert in place. Inserts are available in 3 options – new Metal Castellated in a choice of finishes, in addition to Interior or Xtra-grip formats.

BGXT51 is a rake back, single channel profile with a 58.5mm tread and 40mm riser. It has a 5mm gauge making it ideal for use with carpet or resilient flooring with bevelled underlay in heavy use areas.

The BCTXT15 nap and TBXT42 stair trim is suitable for use with BGXT51 and available in Polished Bronze or Satin Bronze finishes to match the channel.
