GRADUS MEETS FOOTFALL DEMANDS

01 July 2003

Maintaining the up keep of large public arenas such as shopping centres is a continuous and costly preoccupation for most centre managers. However, according to interior finishes specialist Gradus, reduced life cycle costings for the modern shopping facility are being met as high performance products become core to the specification process.

Whether it’s a new design and build project or a refurbishment requirement, catering for high traffic demands, particularly at entrances, is key for shopping centres.

One of Gradus’ most suitable high traffic solutions is its heavy duty primary entrance mat Topguard, which has been designed for internal use in the most demanding applications.

Topguard consists of rubber wiper strips interwoven with nylon fibres and a choice of linking strips in aluminium, PVC-u or brass. It is available as either open or closed construction and in two thicknesses to allow for a range of configurations and it also offers the additional benefit of being reversible to provide an extended life span.

Furthermore, Topguard is available in a range of colours, can be manufactured to most shapes, and logos or designs can also be incorporated.
